Shipping & Returns Policy
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Due to the many different wall types and thicknesses, mounting hardware is not included.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground except for smaller packages which will be sent Parcel Post via the United States Postal Service. If an item is in stock, every attempt will be made to ship that item within 1 business day. Customers will receive an email from me stating that I have received the order, approximate date as to when it will be shipped and an order number. Customers will receive a tracking number so that they can check the status of their shipment. All shipments are insured and most shipments arrive in 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are included in the price of the item. HOWEVER, all orders outside the continental United States are subject to additional shipping charges.
RETURNS
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and there will be a restocking fee on returned items that are not defective. The restocking fee is based on the item size.
- The 5", 12", 16" and 20" small shelves will incur a restocking fee of $10.
- Shelves, Coat Racks and Quilt Hangers of 24", 36" and 48" will incur a restocking fee of $15, $17 and $20 respectively.
- All other Quilt Hanger sizes, custom orders, pens, mechanical pencils and Gumball Machines are not returnable and therefore there will be no refund.
If for any reason you feel you need to exchange or return an item, call me (David Edens).
I will probably instruct you to package your item and ship postage paid.
TAXES
Minnesota residents will be charged 6.875% state sales tax when they checkout via Pay Pal.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Pictorial and typographical errors are subject to correction at time of order.
